Father's Day at Tanishq's School

Yesterday, I had participated in the Sandwich Making competition at Tanishq’ School to celebrate Father’s Day. I made tripled layer sandwich with filling of Pudina Chatni and finely cut (grated) orange coloured radish and tomato slices in between the first and second layers; and of spread cheese and cucumber slices in between the other layers. The sandwich was garnished with spread of grated radish and a small creature made of the cucumber. Though I did not do any homework and did not carry do much ingredients with me, seeing the enthusiasm of other participants I did all these innovations. I named it as " Tippled Layer Hawaiian Sandwich" Of course the result was obvious , my sandwich was well appreciated but some one else won the prize.

In addition, I participated in three other games :-

1. “How Best You know me dad” – A questionnaire to answer few likes, dislikes of Tanishq and his school activities. I won prize in this.

2. Identifying few finely crushed powders being used in Kitchen without smelling and tasting them.

3. Relay race

4. Quiz Competition. I won two prizes ion this.

So it was fun, and all these events were keenly watched by the whole school and I could feel that Tanishq enjoyed watching his dad doing all these in his school in front of his friends and teachers.
